I dont see why not. I mean if you're in the military and get caught cheating on your spouse you get dishonorably discharged and jail time.

I know, I answered I don't think they should be, because it's not illegal, just immoral.  you didn't have a problem reading it this time did you?!?!?

no. Cheating is a question of morality.

I don't think jail time should come in to play. Although I think there should be a hefty fine. Because sometimes the cheating causes the one cheated on to kill or hurt the others. I believe cheating can and does cause some people to break down really bad. It really is a form of abuse.

Bahahahahhahahahahahahahhahaha we'd pretty much have no government in that case or any real any thing cuz everyone would be arrested. So dumb.

No.  It is not the government's job to enforce morals.

Adultery is illegal in 23 states! The punishment of adultery ranges from a $10 fine to an apparent life imprisonment. Even though adultery is illegal in 23 states, it is rarely ever enforced. Some politicians hold strong to enforcing adultery laws and keeping them. Often times, the laws are kept due to conservative groups’ efforts. Check out the picture and see which states hold adultery as illegal, in pink, and where it is legal, in blue.
