Is there a religion where you're not allowed to wear deodorant?

or wash with soap?
LOL it seems to be one with some people..... Not often, but there is the occasional backwoodsie type around here that you really can't stand near in the grocery store!
There is a Hindu sect that for a week does certain foods and bathes in oils that are very verry strong scented. I'm not sure that they use deoderant or soaps during this time. But if you run across someone from this group you will most certainly know what I'm talking about.
Muslims are very strict about what they use. No animal testing, experimenting or derivatives. Also I think no alcohol content. So alot of them do not.

Does it matter?
