Dislike for an actual name

Though my daughter's name MEANS emerald.  Her name is Esmeralda.

I like Esmeralda, but DH doesn't. He's settled for Emerald or Emery but I need a little more convincing.

I knew an Emerald once. Not my favorite name, but not terrible either.

Love it. I have a cousin named Emerald. I've always thought it was a pretty name.

We have a Emma Katherine...Emma Kay for short.
