if you filed online it takes a MINIMUN 3 weeks as long as everything is fine. Husband works for the IRS
IF you get reallly lucky you may get ir earlier. Husband said this morning a few that filed the 1st gottheir refunds today! Talk about luck! we havent gotten ours yet

I filed on the 31st and I am getting mine on the 8th. My friend filed the 26th and she got hers today.

Ive never filed texas so I dont know how long you have to wait... But when I filed my taxes today they said 21 days
