Any drug store or a store like wal-mart.  Start taking womens daily vitamins, it helps so much.

Nothing will speed hair growth or repair damage. That being said, biotin aids in healthy growth, consistent trimming prevents breakage from traveling up the shaft, and heat protectant will prevent further damage. Frequent deep conditioning and keratin treatments will also help maintain moisture and protein levels, which are both necessary to healthy hair growth.

You should check w a doctor to see if you have an underlying health issue. Many times hair loss can point to things that can be remedied and should be monitored, such as thyroid conditions or blood sugar issues.
