I knew a guy that did this.  he wrecked his car so has been driving his parents old van.  now this is a 39 year old 400lb man.  This van had a handicap plate on it because well his parents are actually disabled.  but every were he goes he parks in a HC Space.  He knows what i think about it.

My father was a thin man until he busted both of his kness then got prostate cancer, and then the surgey got infected, infection traveled to testicles and he got gang green in the testicles. He was (and is) diabetic. Through the whole thing he gained 325 pounds making him 500 pounds. Stop.the judgmental bs. You have noooo clue how someone got the way they are. Sil broke her back when she went off a 30 ft cliff with her atv. She gained 250 pounds. Her mom has lupus causing weight gain.

diabetes can be helped and managed but only with a low carb life style  being over weight leads to loss of life and limbs   not an excuse to be overweight

This is so not true in so many cases.  You can't tell if a person is handicapped or not, just by looking at at them. Some handicaps are NOT visible. People need to get over themselves and stop judging people and respect them as human beings and not whether they are fat, poor, rich, this color or that color, this orientation or that one. People are just that people and all of them matter and deserve the respect the person judging them would want.
