Because I so badly want to be home with my 7 week old :( I just went back to work this week and I miss him soooo badly and am trying to think of all the ways I could stay home with him but my husband is still in school and has 3 more years till he's done (pharmacist) but my poor baby is in daycare so tiny and little :( doesn't help that the daycare teacher said he had a rough day crying and fussy so now I can't stop thinking of him crying for me :(

Sorry if theirs grammar problems my eyes are full of tears

Wow...I would have loved to have 7 weeks with my little ones! My maternity leave was only 4 weeks. :(

I know it's hard, but it will get better. If you trust your daycare provider to take good care of him then you have nothing to worry about. He'll be okay! And so will you!

i cant imagine having to be in that position. 6-7 weeks just isnt long enough and it is not fair to mother or child.

i think ds was about 4 mo before i even left him with his daddy so i could run to the store. it must be killing you :-(

((hugs))

It will be ok. Hugs to you. When my little ones were first born and when I returned to work I used to take something with me that smelled like them so when I was at work and started missing them I would smell it and it would make me feel a little better . It will definitely not replace your baby but it will help with the baby blues at least until you get back home . Sorry you have to go through this chin up.
