Just wanted to share my progress pics to show that you CAN improve the appearance of it. Doubt it's ever gonna go away completely, but there is hope it can become less noticeable.

Unfortunately I am mobile so have to add them one by one in replies. This is before working on the flab.

Disclaimer, I know I still have flab and pooch, working hard on it. But it's an improvement!!

Started eating better (cutting Cokes did a lot), lost 35 lbs and used workout DVDs at home. This is less than a yr difference!

Oh and I've had more than one csection, last one was May 2007. So don't think if it's been years yoi are stuck with it!
