What would you say? And why?
Why do you think you'd be a better "full time parent" to your kid(s)?

It would never happen....he hasn't seen her in a year and doesn't call her or anything. He likes his freedom too much. He doesn't know her and she doesn't know he is her father. He doesn't even come to visit or has ever pushed for visitations. He is obviously not interested and I am better parent because I have changed my whole life for her. She is my whole world.

I would get some sort of court agreement to let it be for a little while then I get them back then he does and so forth. I would never quit my kids unless I was seriously unable to care for them.

IMO the majority of the time the mother is a better caregiver. If we split he knows I would haves custody and he can see our son whenever he wants to. But if he wanted custody I would just laugh at him.
