I don't get it. I do not understand why I am so wore out ALL the time. I'm 25, married, with 2 kids. I shouldn't feel so old and wore down. My husband feels the same way too.
I don't feel depressed, just tired. My day starts at 6:30am and between that time and noon I am ok, when afternoon hits, I just go downhill. I've been stressed out lately, can that effect how much energy I have? It's not quite 8PM and I am ready for bed.
Is there a way too boost my energy without resorting to caffeine?
