When were you allowed to work out post c? I'm gearing up for c section #2 in 8 weeks 6 days (but who's counting!!) But I'm anxious to hit the gym after. I haven't been allowed to work out since 18 weeks d/t low lying placenta. I still walk as much as possible but that's all I can do at the moment.

8 weeks post op and I was able to start exercising. I had tearing from the staples(I was startled while I was sleeping and tore when sitting up to fast).

I'm ready to work out too. I couldn't really tell you when I started to work out last time. I will say it was months though.

It was!!!

My then husband came home very late at night and I wasn't expecting him until morning. Scared the crap out of me!!!
