Do you cook every night?? *Edit with menu*

Posted by   + Show Post

I'm just realizing how much of a pain in the @ss it is to have to cook a full meal every night. lol I know, that sounds ridiculous! I think this is the first time I've ever cooked a full, big meal every night for more than a few days and I'm SO ready for a break and it's only been 8 or 9 days. :/ I got the night off from having to cook and you better believe I'm taking it! lol

Do you cook a full meal every night? I'm talking homemade, meat, veggies and maybe a carb.

Night 1: Roast chicken, candied carrots and steamed broccoli, baked potato
2: Bbq chicken sandwich or black bean burger, sweet potato, roasted asparagus
3: Grilled venison steak, large salad
4: Orange roughy, sauteed zucchini, rice
5: Fish (not left over, gross), rice, salad
6: stuffed chicken, spaghetti, home made sauce, broccoli
7: Steak, mashed potatoes, sauteed summer squash
8: Cashew stir fry, brown rice

Not a full meal but I usually cook something

I usually cook something too, but it might just be eggs and toast one night or leftovers or whatever.

Well that's something. LOL

i don't like to cook a big meal because that usually means a ton of dishes. I do not have a dishwasher so I spend a lot of time at the kitchen sink. Not fun

I cook 6 nights a week. Usually on Saturdays we will grab something because we are at sports or shopping.

I try and stick to three meals, then leftover night, repeat.

Sometimes it's a real drag finding new things to try that work with our evening schedules, so I feel ya.

I cook usually 5 nights a week.  When it's baseball and football season it might be less.

Almost every night. There's some days I don't feel like cooking, but for the most part I do. I love cooking, so it's not really a chore to me.

I cook 5 or 6 nights a week.  The other one or two nights are leftovers or frozen pizza so I can have a "break".  We go out for supper maybe one night a month.  I get so fricking sick of cooking but its so much cheaper.

That's what we usually do, except we don't do frozen pizza. :)

I cook about 4-5 nights a week...1-2 nights we do left overs, there's always one night were out and eating on the go, or pucking stuff up to take home...but when I do cook they're big meals...I LOVE cooking :)
