It's misguided hatred and anger.

Want to see the system change? Start voicing your concerns. Get enough people rallied around to start complaining, and perhaps the government will finally look into the welfare system.

Otherwise those that hate appear to be nothing more than low-life bullies. And THAT is the truly pathetic aspect of all of this--they either don't seem to see that or simply don't care.
