My Son Isn't Circumcised.

My husband and I didn't have our son circumcised because we believe that its his body, so it's his choice.

What about y'all? Is your son circumcised? Why did you make that particular decision?

(No judgemental or mean comments please. We are all civilized adults here.)

Why do people feel the need to make this announcement? Maybe since I don't have any boys I don't understand but I truly don't get it.

So?  both of my sons are. I do NOT believe in it, but their fathers do, so I went with them. AND NO, it is NO ONE ELSE'S problem.

Did you ask him if you could let a million women know what's going on in his pants?  Since it's his choice and all.

Why do you care about my sons penis?

My son is intact. Mainly because thats normal where I live (in New Zealand where only 10% of our males are done, that includes for all reasons such as medical, religious, cultural and just want it done) and because I think it is a personal choice that the owner of the penis should make.

If my son one day decides he wants a circumcision then he can get it done.

My son is circumcised all of my boys will be. I'm a CNA in a nursing home and i see so many guys who aren't circumcised with big nasty blisters and infections, because most CNAs will not pull the forskin back to be cleaned.  I know a kid from high school who is having fertility issues that is possibly due to him not being properly cared for. There is so much that could go wrong with being uncircumcised (as well as curcumcised) that in the long run its better for my son(s) to get it done.
