I got all of us in our tennis shoes, lined up in a row and at the end of the row I added another pair of shoes. This time it was a pair of little girl shoes. Then I typed up a note that said "Our family will be growing by 2 feet. Baby Girl (last name), will be making her debut February 2013!!"
It was a hit! I am not one to follow trends and back last fall, the trend was to have a gender reveal with balloons and since my cousin had just done hers in the summer like that, I didn't want to steal her show. She had a photographer and everything. I didn't go over board. We just did it at home in the front yard. I liked the idea of all the shoes in a row. Now that I looked back, I could have done it w/o everyone wearing their shoes but I liked the look of us in our jeans and tennis.
