My brother is 22 years old having sex with a 15 year old hes a drug addict been in jail multiple times for theft. Should I call the cops. I think this girl deserves better

Yes. If the girl was 18 and he was 25 it might be different, because I feel like the maturity level from 15 to 18 is vastly different.

I've never called Troll but I am now. If you are on CM, then you know the answer to your question. If you're not a troll and really don't know call your local police and ask them.

I would absolutely call the cops. That is statuatory rape, even if she is consenting, she is not an adult and even in states that have an age of consent it is usually 16, and your partner has to be between 16 and 18 years old.
