Help. Strep. Natural remedies.

I'm pretty sure my son is showing signs of strep throat today. I'd like to wait until Monday to see the dr. What can I give my son to help get him through the weekend?

Any good vitamins or natural remedies ?

I agree.  Have you ever had strep OP? It's the worst pain in the world.  My son had it last month and was in excruciating pain for 3 days before the antibiotic kicked in.  Take him in ASAP.

I know. I'm just days from giving birth. I don't want us to end up in the ER around flu patients. My husband is on his way to the pharmacy. He's going to see what he can find to help get rid of this. I don't think we have urgent care open tonight or tomorrow. It's a small town. Nothing really here except the hospital.

Gargle warm salt water, it eases the pain for a short time. Ibuprofen for the pain and fever. Hes going to need an antibiotic.

Yes, but honestly if you dont get it treated, your ds could end up in the hospital

Yes. I know what it's like. :-/. I won't let him suffer. He's had it a couple times before. He's show all the same symptoms. Headache, sore throat, and fever. I hate not to be with him, but worst case scenario, he'll have to go to the ER with daddy. I can't subject myself to other flu patients.
