Do you have one? I got one for my taxes and I just tried texting my balance and got, H&R Block: Encountering temporary system issue retrieving your balance. Call 866-353-1266 for balance.
So I went online and my card does not even show up, so I callex and it keeps saying my card number is invalid. Im supposed to get my money on tues ugh has any one had this prob? Such a bad time for this.

We do but as far as I know we haven't gotten anythingon ours. We were told it'd take a few weeks. Maybe call h&r and speak with the person who did them for you

This is the last year we are using H and R Block. They have gone downhill, IMO. They gave us dates that our refund would be back. When it wasn't back at that time we called them and they never returned our calls. Their fees are astronomical, too.

It's prob down b/c everyone keeps calling every 5 min to check their balance...

I did it online it was fine earlier

Im hoping I thought they shut off my card for a sec and got freaked out.

That's really odd I would call their customer service number..maybe their system is down?

One of my friends used them this year and there was no issue however, they did tell her she would get a personalized card and has not yet - it has been three weeks - but the generic one works just fine dor spending money lol
