hard time sleeping

Lately I have been sleeping like crap, I toss and turn wake up every hour to pee (not pregnant and dont drink anything a few hours before laying down) then it takes for ever to fall back to sleep. I feel wide awake till late night and even cut out caffiene. Night meds do nothing for me. I wake up feeling exhausted and exhausted at work but as soon as I get home I feel wide awake and can not sleep again.
Ugh I cant take another sleepless night any ideas?

Same boat. Music. Trance with hypnotic constant beats.

Also looking for that night time tea I keep hearing about. I've been cheating and taking a capful of NyQuil here and there

Get pandora, its a radio. You search for your song and it will play all the songs similar to it. Sometimes I think I just need a lengthy convo to tire me out but cm hasn't been doing it for me.

I competely forgot, listen to lullaby music. I have 15 mins of on an old toy of dd and it really relaxed me. I guess it brought back comfort of being a child.
