Green mucus means he is fighting something off, likely a cold.
Try a wet baby q-tip and go around the opening of his nostrils.
Buy some tea tree oil and put it in a vaporizer. Steam can help break it up as well.
You can also get baby Vicks, works great.
Keep using the sucker as well

The back as well.
Oh and keep moisture in the air. Dry air can cause congestion.

Are you breastfeeding? If you are put a drop or two in his nose. It will help fight any bacteria or viruses and also make it easier for you to suck stuff out.

Make sure you are sterilizing your sucker daily. Those things are notorious for growing mold, fungus, and other gross stuff. There are better and more gentle ones that you put an end in your mouth and suck. You NEVER get anything in your mouth, but the sucking is more gentle and consistent than those blue suckers you get from everywhere. I am mobile and in bed, but if you are interested I will look it up later.

Use a bulb syringe to suction the boogies out.  It will make him feel a lot better!  And of course call the pediatrician and maybe take the baby in.

Boogie wipes! You can get then at Walmart and local drug stores. I swear by them! They are a saline moist wipe that you can wipe there nose with. It's not harsh like Kleenex is. My kids love then cause they smell super good :) Definitely get him to the Dr He's probably got a little cold. Were fighting one off right now too. Hope your little one feels better soon!!
