Newly single mom..... need to figure out how to make this work!!   I'll be barely making it now.   My parents would be willing to help out and watch the kids occasionally at night, I work full time during the day.

What do you do for catering companies?  I've never even heard of that.  I have a hernia (repaired, but still weakened) so I would be slightly limited I would think with stocking.
