Even ones that I can do at home....

Newly single mom..... need to figure out how to make this work!!   I'll be barely making it now.   My parents would be willing to help out and watch the kids occasionally at night, I work full time during the day.

I'm 100% horrible at waitressing... I did it for a few months a while ago.   :(

I guess I should consider it again though.

Retail. You can work late at some places like Walgreens that are 24 hrs.

If you can get in a catering company. It much easier than a restaurant. How about retail unloading & re stocking  at night?

Surround yourself with people that add to your life not subtract from it.

Best way to make the most money in the least amount of time and work your own schedule would be waiting tables.

If you think you could swing it, 3rd shift cashier jobs are pretty easy.

What do you do for catering companies?  I've never even heard of that.  I have a hernia (repaired, but still weakened) so I would be slightly limited I would think with stocking.
