I can dead lift a 26 pound 17 month old mid- tantrum

Front squat a full laundry basket

Back squat over a cold toilet seat (and hold for approx. 30 seconds)

Clean the whole damn house

Shoulder press shit into the tip top shelf of a crammed linen closet

Snatch my cell phone from aforementioned toddler before it hits the television

I have a 265 deadlift but suck at squats. It's taken me a year of lifting to hit a 150 back squat. My goal is 185.

I use 8 lb weights. Then I run as far as I think I can, and then I turn around and run back to where ever I parked.
