yesterday woke up feeling fine, no problems all day. after dinner i start getting a scratchy throat, didn't sleep AT ALL last night, got up this morning feeling a little run down.
then i get a stuffy nose, not congestion, just pressure, then a runny nose, then a headache, then body aches/ lethargy
i lied down on the couch at 5, told ds14 to cook dinner, expecting to just relax and feed the kids when dinner was done, i wake up at 9:30, thankfully dinner was done, as was laundry, showers, and fil meds, and everybody went to bed ontime
and now i'm throwing up, i think i might have a fever
i thnik i have the flu (at first i though it was just a bad cold) and its hitting me like a very slow freight train - very hard, but one thing at a time
and to top it all off, i already have an ear infection!
well f*ck you too, you damn virus!

Your 14 year old took care of every thing? Awesome!
Hope you feel better!
What a wonderful family you have for taking care of things so you could rest! Your DS must be a very responsible and caring young man, kudos to you! Hope you start feeling better!
my 14 yo took care of things with the supervision of my brother in law who lives with us
Seriously its great that they were able to help you out like that you should be proud.
Hope you feel better soon, just make sure to let your 14 year old know that you appreciate them stepping up and helping like that.
