He's probably getting paid under the table. The state can't collect if he's doing that.
My ex owes me over 20k...and he also owes his first ex wife for at LEAST 5 years...but he's giving up rights to our kids, although he will still be responsible for the back up to the date of the adoption. Where we're from they suspend your license and put you in jail, but he does me no good in jail or outa jail
LOL I'm owed over 30,000 for ONE kid. So far, it seems the courts game plan is to continue to threaten him with jail, but actually do nothing. This has been going on for ten years now, so I don't expect it to change. However, it never goes away. If he lives long enough, the money will eventually be taken from any disability or retirement money he has coming in.
