I'm scared to death for my son

He is 4 years old but has the mentality of a 18 month old. Friday night will be the first time his Dad has him for the night . I ran out if his Dad's house 5 years ago scared of what he might do to me or my other kids . He has only been apart of my son's life for 1 year. He spent the first 3 years claiming he wasn't his. He also has a drinking problem with 3 dwi in less then 6 years. My son has not slept in a room alone in 3 years. Also the only place he has spent the night in 2.5 years is at home or my dh's parents.

My son has 2 sister and 1 brother by his Dad. His sister is also disabled and his dad never handled her well. My son's brother wants nothing to do with their due to drink and being overly harsh. My son's other sister doesn't even know who her real Dad is due to him having no contact with them for 3 years.

if you're afraid for yourself, WHY LET YOUR KID STAY THERE ALONE? What is wrong with you?

Maybe one night will be enough for the father  and he says no more. I'll pray your child stays safe.

My friend lives one house over and will be playing spy all night. She hears anything he's toast. Also if he drives anywhere he is toast since he has a restricted license.
