Seriously.  It's not a hygiene issue.  It doesn't make you any cleaner to shave the hair off your body.  Cleaning yourself makes you cleaner.  

I don't shave my legs.  I will shave them for the 3 months a year it's warm enough to wear capris.  That's all.  WHat's the point otherwise?

I don't shave my legs often because I have sensitive skin and they will itch so bad that I end up bleeding scratching them. I wear jeans year round.
