I'm shocked there hasn't been an argument.
I've lost 60 pounds in the last 4 months but cutting sugar, grains and dairy out of my diet (paleo). I feel fantastic. Eat a sh*t ton of fat and don't monitor my calories much :P

Thats awesome. You're going to feel so good. Everything has improved. My mood, my health, my weight. Best thing I ever did for myself.

How did you handle your sugar cravings? I cut out sugar one week ago. It's still hard. I don't like chocolate, at least.
will power. i would also drink a huge glass of water and that worked most of the time. the sugar cravings go away after about 2wks.

Thats a long time- good for you.
I've had maple syrup and a little agave since Sept 25th 2012. I get seriously messed up from it :(
