So on 1/8/13 i decided to start kicking being overwieghts ass. I started watching my calorie intake eating healthier. Stopped drinking pop, eating out alot, and stopped eating candy and junk. 1/17/13 I started Jillian Michaels 30day shred. I'm now on day 28. Ive lost 30lbs total so far and still have about 50lbs to lose but am happy so far. Below is a picture from day one til now.
*disclaimer* - Ignore the mess lol I've started spring cleaning and cleaning out my closets lol. Gotta get rid of all those clothes that dont fit anymore lol.
