EBT cards are NOT so your boyfriend can go into a grocery store and buy TWENTY-SIX cans of Full Throttle! That is absolute BS and it gives all PA recipients a bad image.

In my state (ohio) energy drinks can not be bought with fs.

What I find most interesting is that you not only noticed, but you counted how many he bought. Unless you happened to be the cashier then I think you were paying way too much attention.

MAYBE That guy was trying to work 2 or 3 jobs so he could support them And he get no sleep he bought in bulk to save $

 Actually, it  was the incessant Beep beep beeping that I counted of the cash register counting the damn things.
