Mine are mostly triggered by my occular Diplopia. My eyes are constantly straining to focus and it causes me many migraines. My other triggers are menstration and red wine.

My husbands migraines are triggered by stress. Unfortunately the stresses aren't things in our home that we can get rid of.

Smells, stupid people, annoying people, not drinking enough water, not eating enough (even if I am not hungry), tension headaches lead to migraines for me, stress, etc. LOL the list goes on

mine just started about 4 yrs ago. have gotten worse in the last 5 months
