I need 7 day gluten free/lean proteins meal plan with a $100 budget.

There is always some one in this group saying they can eat healthy on a budget. 

In this food plan the meals have to be gluten free and lean proteins. Recipes included please and thank you.

I live in California Safe Way and Raley's are the only food stores in town. There is no Farmers markets open yet unless I want to spend a lot of gas.
