If I have an event that requires a professional photographer to come snap photos, I would guess I would already have the funds (approx.) available so price wouldn't be a problem.
However, the quality of their previous work would factor in to hiring them.

I said other because usually OF COURSE price matters. It's just a matter of getting the best quality you can for a price you feel is reasonable. Yeah, you want good quality, but if the pictures you want cost thousands of dollars, then yeah, maybe price matters!

I need to feel comfortable with a photographer, if I'm not feeln it the pics are not going to be good.
