But why can't I take the vitamins?? I really liked my prenatals. I'm still breastfeeding but I've heard mixed reviews about taking them while bfing. What's up with this?

I felt good on them. My hair was growing super fast. I felt energized. Now just blah.

They won't hurt you to take them. Infact I was told by my friend who is a doctor that they can be used as a daily vitamin.

Take them even when you're not breastfeeding. They are good for you, extra iron which most women are deficient in. Plus they make your hair and nails so shiny!

What is wrong with thanking them?
