Don't see why not as long as the place you go uses really sterile equipment.

Yes, I would assume so. Are you worried about bacteria etc?

I was told you can't get any piercings. In fact I was turned away when I tried to get my nose re pierced while pregnant
Not really I just wasn't sure if it was okay. The place we go to for stuff like this is super clean.
