Gotta get to the source. I'm an emotional eater. Helps when I realize I'm doing it.
I take steroids, so my appetite is out of control. I find that eating a good breakfast and only drinking water throughout the day really keeps it in check.
We have a woman who shows up at the gym everyday and works out. She has lost 100 pounds in the last 8 months and has 80 more to go.
I asked her what she ate to lose all that weight that fast and she said whatever she wants. She forces herself to work it off.
You would not think she could get on a treadmill but she stays on it for a long time some days. I am assuming those are the days she has eaten something she was not supposed to.
