I'm 39 wks pregnant I go in for my csection Monday....

Me and the dad are not together he left me and moved out of state, shortly after we found out..

He recently wants to be around and be IN the room...which makes me very uncomfortable...

But says he isn't signing the papers in the hospital that he's taking the cheap route with a home DNA test (that takes 5days) and If he is his he will then go up there and sign it and change babys last name etc....?

It hurts me he denys him at all....

Should I believe him? What should I do?? I really need advice:/

If he's not gonna sign it then tell him he doesn't need to be in the room.

This is what I would do of I were you. I would not tell him I was in labor and that way he couldn't be there. As soon as I got out of the hospital I would file for child support. I would let them handle it because if he wants a DNA he can go through the child support office and pay out the ass for it.

Also you can make sure he stays out of your room too. All you have to do is tell the nurses he is not allowed in there.

Well, I think he has the right to know if the baby is really his.

That may be hurtful to you, I'm sure. But, if you ever want to go after him for child support, it's going to need to be done anyways.

Let him do it. That's my advice. I wouldn't give the baby his last name though, if you are not together.
