This is the inside of my left heel. It's been really itchy for about a month and a half. I just noticed these like circle things on that part only. My right heel is in replies and the same circle on the inside part as well. Anyone know what it could be??

Eczema-I actually have a patch in the exact same spot that flares up when I wear my boots.

I actually get hives every now and then, actually have a couple on my thigh right now but that's from shaving. The ones on my heelshaven't gone away though.
