I have a life or death question, if it does not get settled I may have to kill my husband.

Is the saying:

Time endures but can not fade all the memories love has made...

OR

Time endears but can not fade all the memories love has made...

The reason it even came up is a framed embroidery with that saying crossed stitched into it that is basically a family heirloom.

Endures. Endears doesn't contextually fit.

Well, here is where Google would be effective.... however, endure means to last, to hold on etc.... so I would say endure. I might sound stupid but without looking it up not even sure if endear is a real word or not lol, just being honest.

Endure means to carry on through hardship

Endears means to make beloved

I think I like the endures one better
