Anyone else on a 3rd shift??

My husband works 3rd shift so the whole family is on it. We dont go to bed til about 5am and dont wake up till 3pm. I dont feel like this is "normal" mommy sleep habits. Anyone else on a 3rd shift?

I am but I work 3rd shift! My dh and kids have normal sleep habits (sleep at night, awake during the day). I usually sleep from 9-3 everyday though!

 I work doubles...2nd and 3rd(3pm-7am)...2 days a week....and 1 single shift as well.

My hub works thirds... but it would be impossible for all of us to be on that schedule too

I work rotating shifts. Either 7am-7pm or 7 pm-7am. So I'm never really on a normal schedule

How do u handle that with ur kids? How old are they do u mind me asking?

I usually work 2nd shift .. everyone else in my house is on a regular schedule. My husband starts 3rd shift tomorrow night, and will go 15 days of night shift! (I'll be off those days and get on a regular sched with the minions).

Well we only have one kid, he is almost 17 months so it's  not a big deal right now because I am a SAHM. But when he goes to school i'll have to change our sleeping habits.

I work nights but I don't make it a family affair. Lol. I'm at work right now
