Last time Dh and I had sex was the end of dec I know sad...I got my normal period in january but now I am 4 days late in feb. could i be pregnant or just delusional? Has this happened to anyone? I wouldnt even be considering this but the show " i didnt know I was pregnant" has me thinking? I didnt test yet.

Most likely, no. But how "normal" was that period in January? It could've been implantation bleeding. Otherwise, are you stressed? Stress can directly effect ovulation, causing you to ovulate late and thus get your period late. I doubt you are, but go run out and buy a cheapie test just in case.
