Where's my refund progress bar disappeared

I havent checked my status in a week. Last time I did, it said it was accepted and processing, give it 21 days. I checked it today, and now the bar is gone and it said my refund is still processing, a refund date will be posted when its done. The thing is I havent got any mail or email saying there were any problems and my 21 days is up on weds. Anyone else went through this?

I hope that's the case with us. I know there's been probs with the site, thats why I wouldnt check as often.
