How do I block a contact from an iphone?

I remember someone telling me a way to block someone, but I can't remember. (without calling the company) Also, will it tell them they are blocked?

I think you have to call the carrier and add something extra to your line. I paid 4.99 extra a month to block someone with AT&T.

Depends on carrier. For att you have to get parental block for like $5 a month I think.

Go online to your account and you can block up to 5 people for free. And if for any reason you didn't want them blocked anymore, you can also unblock them at any time. And no it does not show them that you blocked them
