I want full custody! going to see a lawyer Thursday.
I am sick and tired of this. My children's father is the crumb of the earth! He doesn't support them or ever come see them, he doesn't have a job, no place to live, does drugs, drinks every night to the point he gets abusive, stays with this person who sells drugs and has an unregistered firearm, and when he does have them for the night at his mothers he doesn't pay any attention to him. I want full custody but am scared that i won't get it and will have to let them have visits (which if he cleaned up his act i would have no problem with). Now i will talk to a lawyer Thursday but until then can someone tell me if this sounds like it will go in my favor or not. ? If you have full custody what caused you to get it?

Document, document, document. For everything you say about him, have proof and witnesses for the actiions as well if you can. Just remember, in court, if you can't prove it, it didn't happen
