I don't get why the media is making such a big deal out of this shirt...
She has a bra on. Her boobs are covered. Every day we see images of women with their titties totally hanging out or maybe just a piece of dress that is two sided taped over the nipples. I don't get it. I know the shirt is sheer, but she isn't showing anything.

dont have a covered problem with the shirt or the skirt but those shoes!!! egads, get rid of those overly pointy things, woman.
personally I think she should have worn a black bra, and different shoes! I don't really see anything wrong with the dress as far as being shear, I've seen way way worse lol
It looks like a trubute/memorial sign, but that isn't anything she was attending.
