Kid? You might tell a later aged teen if you were divorcing and they wanted to know why. But even then, I don't think it is correct to tell them their Father cheated......

How old are the kids? I just feel like that kind of burden shouldn't be forced on a child. My mom was very open about my dad cheating on her when I was a kid and it did a lot of harm and zero good.
