That is what my young cousins friend says happened last night.  She says she went out to the bar with her parents.  She said it is legal to drink in a Wisconsin bar with parental ok and she said her dad kept ordering shots for her and then she woke up on the bathroom floor.  I call bullshit.  You?

Found this site.  I guess you CAN drink in a bar with your parents.  But so much you pass out in the bathroom?

The drinking age in Wisconsin is 21. Those under the age of 21 may be served alcohol if they are with a parent, guardian, or spouse who is of legal drinking age.

BS. There is nowhere that I am aware of that you can drink in a bar with parental consent. You have to be 21 to even sit at a bar!

Bullshit.

A) Her parents would be in jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
B) The bar would lose its liquor license and likely be shut down for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
C) Your cousin would likely be removed from the home.

There is so much more wrong with that picture, but way too many to list.

As far as I know 21 is set at a federal standard. So yeah I call bs.
