Boyfriend as Babysitter

Am I the only one who thinks it is incredibly irresponsible to have your boyfriend babysit your child?

EDIT: Yes, I am referring to a non-biological father. Do any of you who think this is okay ever watch the news? Do you know how many child abuse/child fatality cases are at the hands of a non-biological parent? Do you think those thousands of mothers whose boyfriends beat their kids to death didnt trust them? It shouldnt be about trust when your child's life is at stake. It should be about common sense.

If you've been together a long time and trust him??  I see nothing wrong with it.  Meaning every once in awhile not an everyday thing.  New boyfriend that you basically haven't had time to get to know?  Hell yeah you're crazy!

It depends on how long you have been with him. A new boyfriend yes that is REALLY dumb, someone you have been with and been living with for years, no, not so much.
