Weight of your toddler

My son has recently been diagnosed as failure the thrive. He is 31 inches tall and only 18 pounds. His doctor told us to give him pediasure. I'm just wanting to know what the normal kid weighs. He is almost 20 months.
Want to clarify. He gained no weight at all from 15 months to 19. He grew an inch but didnt even gain an ounce.
My 2 1/2 year old is 38 pounds and about 37 - 39 inches tall.
My DD was only about 19 to 21 pounds and 35 inches tall at age 2 1/2. Now she's 6, 44 pounds and about 45-46 inches tall.
My girls are 2 1/2 and only 25lbs on a good day. They've always been small tho. Their dr said they are good as long as they keep gaining, little as it may be. Im not exactly sure of their height. Maybe 31-33 inches?? They are just tall and skinny.
His weight doesn't matter as much as his growth. The pedi is probably looking to see if he is gaining weight at the correct weight, so you need to look at his progress. My dd has always been tiny, but she gains steadily so that's all that matters!
Violet is 2 1/4 is 36 inches tall and 29 pounds. Tall and skinny string bean =)
Whoa!!
