Lots of spinach/romaine, cucumbers, black olives, tomato, something crunchy and annies lite goddess dressing. Most Cesar salads or Cobb salads have a ton of calories and I'm trying to avoid that.

Seven layer salad :) My mom used to make it a lot growing up.
