3 months ago, my 13 year old came to me and told me she was pregnant. Apparently she would get on the bus and arrive at school and then walk off campus to her boyfriend's house. Yes, it is possible because I live in a tiny town in Arkansas. The father is 17 and a dropout. I went crazy at first, so did my dh. Then we were supportive. Last week she miscarried.

i am by no means happy about it, but admittedly, I'm a little relieved

wow....hopefully you'll keep a better eye on her or get her into some counseling

AHHH! now I know why I havent done any thing today beside make sure girls are taken care of. I got up started some laundry and ive hurt my finger same one 6 times in the lat 10 minutes WTH

You were never notified of her skipping school? I don't know any school that wouldn't report to you for unexcused absences.

Number one- she is in grief counseling.

number two- a better eye on her. What do suggest I do, homeschool?

Wow! Your daughter gets a second chance, and so do you ...

I hope your able to step up and be a better parent to her.

Eek....and people think that only unsupervised kids get into this type of trouble. Wake up people, we cant be with our children ALL of the time

They were excused because she always brought forged notes from me to explain her absences
